  • This position is with Financial Services sector of I D practice

  • The focus of your role We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual with a blend of consulting skills and experience in data and insights specifically in scaling up GenAI practices within the Financial Services FS sector on a global scale

  • As the GenAI CoE Leader you will possess the ability to combine deep financial services expertise with robust data powerful analytics cloud artificial intelligence AI and machine learning ML to create differentiated solutions and services

  • You will also establish alliances with internal and external partners to develop a holistic portfolio and go to market strategies

  • Your responsibility will be to drive growth and success in the FS I D practice delivering value to our clients

  • The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical expertise industry knowledge and leadership abilities to deliver innovative GenAI solutions

  • The Practice Leader will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to develop and execute strategies that leverage GenAI techniques across various financial services domains and technology practices

  • What you ll do To sell and build this business you will collaborate with account managers and Market Units closely interact with FS I D business developers worldwide and build and leverage relationships within our partner ecosystem

  • Your role will involve driving practice development by implementing a comprehensive growth strategy for the FS GenAI practice

  • You will identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders interested in GenAI solutions

  • Collaborating with clients you will help define their GenAI vision and goals and design customized GenAI strategies and offerings aligned with their business objectives industry trends and technological advancements

  • You will lead the implementation of GenAI solutions by working closely with cross functional teams

  • Acting as a trusted advisor you will offer expert guidance to senior executives and stakeholders on GenAI related decisions raise awareness about GenAI best practices potential risks and ethical considerations

  • Additionally you will drive GenAI initiatives including change management training programs and cultural shifts fostering a data driven mindset within organizations and promoting the adoption of GenAI across FS Staying up to date with industry trends and advancements you will provide recommendations and work closely with GenAI specialists data scientists engineers and other stakeholders to develop cutting edge GenAI solutions

  • By fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation you will drive the development of intellectual property methodologies and best practices specific to GenAI As a senior leader in our Insights Data team you will be responsible for building new business selling GenAI opportunities and leading the delivery of large scale programs for our customers

  • You will be part of the Insight Data leadership team shaping our go to market strategy growing our capabilities and delivering on Capgemini s strong growth ambition

Salary Transparency
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 193546 – $259912 yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
