Generative AI Specialist

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and talented individual to join our Geneva based team as a Generative AI specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our BI & AI analysts to develop, implement and optimize cutting edge AI solutions that drive our business forward.  It is an Opportunity to shape the organization’s generative AI strategy and direction.

About the role

You will join a global business of more than 120 investment professionals and a network of 13 offices across Europe, Asia and North America. Our technology team works directly and closely with the Business. Our IT ecosystem is based on state-of-the-art tools from leading financial software providers. In addition to this, we develop our own solutions using agile development and DevOps techniques.

How will you make an impact at LOIM

In this role, your main responsibilities will include the following

• Collaborate with multiple business units to put in place Generative AI enabled applications
• Design, implement, and optimize generative AI prompts for various applications in low-code software development.
• Participate in the testing and validation of AI models
• Conduct research on the latest AI trends and technologies
• Assist in data collection, pre-processing and analysis

The skills you will demonstrate

• Master degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with Python
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence platforms like Tableau or Alteryx a plus
• Familiarity with generative AI prompt design and Large Language Models is a plus.
• Exposure to the Finance industry through internships or academic classes a plus
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
