The CSA Innovation & Acceleration team helps customers leverage the totality of the Microsoft Cloud platform; taking advantage of the era of AI and Copilot by building and delivering solutions that closely align to their business and industry challenges. As an Innovation & Acceleration GBB you will create, validate and sell multi-cloud AI solutions while uncovering patterns, gather insights, and partnering with our Go to Market (GTM) organization to scale new sales motions that bring Copilot, AI and our product portfolio together into repeatable and scalable customer offerings. The ideal candidate is an experienced business and technical seller with entrepreneurial skills and a passion for understanding and helping to solve customer challenges by leveraging the full power of the cloud.
You will be pioneering sales motions that are solution oriented and leverage the breadth of our platform. You will more closely align our sales motions to address customer and industry challenges, be a visible advocate for our customers & partners, and be an exceptional collaborator with our field sales teams across the Americas.

QualificationsRequired/Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience. Preferred QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Business Administration (i. e.
, MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 12+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience. 6+ years experience selling cloud or hybrid solutions, achitecture design, cloud migrations, technology management and security.
Proven track record of driving solution sales with 5+ years of customer-facing experience, including ATU engagement; strong engineering foundation and consulting background; demonstrated ability to deliver results in ambiguous environments; and advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure, and Business Applications. 8+ years in technical sales or technical consulting, technology delivery. Solution Area Specialists IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.
S. is USD $133,000 – $222,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $170,300 – $239,800 per year.
