Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience with SQL and System Design. Experience implementing technical solutions and managing the product development lifecycle.
Preferred qualifications:Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Applied Science, or a related field. Experience with management consulting. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at once, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools.

About the jobgTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google’s Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all.
gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users. By building excellent communication channels, unifying customer data and applying AI, we empower GCS with actionable insights and a holistic view of our customers to create exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth. Our team sits within the Sales Analytics Solutions (SAS) organization in Global Customer Solutions (GCS).

and we have fun doing it. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ResponsibilitiesDerive critical insights from product metrics, customer feedback and data analysis to unlock opportunities for improvement and synthesize to inform product roadmap and critical feature recommendations.
