Job Description

Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology. Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives. Preferred qualifications:Ability to apply your understanding of the customer, competitive intelligence, external trends, and data to global commercialization strategies. Ability to take ownership of projects by setting and achieving milestones, synthesizing input from many stakeholders, creating outputs appropriate to the audience, and driving awareness/adoption of deliverables. Ability to drive business strategy with both GBO and product stakeholders.

Ability to uncover and understand stakeholder needs through dialogue in order to conduct analysis and make recommendations. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with experience generating problem statements, identifying solutions, and making recommendations.

Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you’ll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects forward, including intra-GPS, sales, GTM, product, gTech, business development, marketing, and legal.

Synthesize and prioritize feedback from GTM, and Sales teams to influence product priorities and strategy. Lead the rollout of product features and capabilities executing a successful sales activation strategy. Develop communications for internal and external partners.
