Growth Marketer, Data Analytics
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced marketer to join our growth marketing team to help shape the future of our digital strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing technologies, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with various teams including marketing, product, data science, GTM, and engineering to assist in a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: gathering and implementing analytics requirements, defining and measuring key web metrics, dashboarding, and reporting.

Responsibilities of this Role
- Take ownership of our web analytics implementation and architecture across all web and app properties, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of key metrics.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into website and app performance, user behavior, marketing channels, and campaign performance.
- Partner with data scientists and product designers to understand customer journeys and provide actionable recommendations to improve developer activation and retention.
- Identify new opportunities to leverage marketing analytics across the organization.
- Manage and respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests.
- Implement data quality control measures for accurate and timely reporting.
Skils & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, web analytics, or related roles.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and web logs databases; experience with Google Tag Manager or similar tag management systems.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like Google Cloud (GCP), AWS, or Azure.
- Hands-on SQL experience (e.g., CTEs, subqueries, advanced joins, window functions are a plus)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Dune Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience and knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 protocols, and smart contracts
- Understanding of performance marketing, and marketing best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priority evolution
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
