Job Description

Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis. 7 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.

Preferred qualifications:Experience with marketing analytics tools (e. g. , experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python, etc. ).

Experience using or deploying digital analytics, measurement, and ad technical solutions. Experience in media management or advertising effectiveness research.

Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally. As a Head of Data, Measurement and Analytics, you will lead a team of pod-aligned Data Transformation Leads and Investigative Leads to grow Google business and advance client data, technical, and measurement maturity. You will lead that work for customers in the Retail Marketplaces vertical.

In this role, you will be the team’s measurement and analytics expert, lead the team’s strategy across data and measurement priorities, and serve as an active member of the Marketplaces Vertical leadership team. Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world’s leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth.

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google’s full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $173,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
