What the day will look likeImplementation and Project Management of Aon’s Health Analytics Intelligence Data Warehouse services, includingData Warehouse Project Management and Operational supportWork with Aon clients, client team members, and Aon’s data warehouse vendor partners to support clients’ investments in data warehousing including supporting client implementations, data quality assurance, ad hoc requests, and user support. Ensure trackers and issue logs are maintained and up to date. Coordinate with vendor partners and internal partners to facilitate start to finish issue resolution. Support Aon legal processes, by managing sign-off process, execution and storage/maintenance requirements for legal agreements on a client specific and global basisLead and assist with coordination and creation of team process documentation.
Support data structure review and decision process for both platform wide and client specific needsManage data warehouse vendor through multiple concurrent client implementations, helping define and streamline implementation and production release processes and proceduresLead and support specific large-scale, complex client implementations as neededAssist with defining data warehouse-based data acquisition, development, and analytic best practices and demonstrating the value of our data warehouse platformSupport sales and demoSkills and experience that will lead to successRequired ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of data management experience or equivalent manipulating large sets of health-related dataMinimum of 2 years of Project Management experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or EquivalentSpecific knowledge and experience with healthcare data claimsExperience with employer healthcare data – Benefits Administrator eligibility, medical, drug, and, etc. Preferred Experience3-5+ years of Healthcare related Data Management and Project Management experienceCAPM or PMP CertificationExperience using data warehouse decision support tools such as IBM/Truven, Cotiviti, HDMS, Artemis, Springbuk, Cedar Gate or similar platformsExperience implementing major carrier provided health data feeds and troubleshooting data quality issuesProgram and wellness point solution data and data acquisition experienceEducationBachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent years of industry experiencePay Transparency Laws:The salary range for this position (intended for U.
S. applicants) is $96,000 – $145,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
