Job Description

We are currently looking for an HR Data Analyst to join our People Services and Technology team. This full time office based position is responsible for

  • processing and analyzing and cleaning large datasets to identify insights related to people metrics and HR initiatives,
  • executing predictive analyses to identify future trends,
  • create reports to present data findings,
  • support new analytics tool’s development.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have

  • 2 years experience in research, data analyses and creating analytical reports,
  • practical experience in data visualization tools, preferably MS Power BI,
  • experience in Python is considered as advantage,
  • fluency in English, both written and spoken,
  • proficiency with Excel and other MS Office applications.
