HR Data Analyst

The Opportunity: 
Do you love managing data to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide insights to leadership? Do you enjoy finding innovative solutions by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement? Are you passionate about data accuracy and security? That’s why we need you, a HR Data Analyst with the skills and experience to contribute to projects within our M&A team from beginning to end.

As a member of the M&A Team, you’ll support full life-cycle integration and manage critical data of all employees in transaction perimeter and ensure integration to the firm’s source HR system. Senior leadership will rely on you to promote integration across the organization by connecting initiatives and identifying areas of opportunity to advance team efficiencies, scalability, and data security. You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in data management

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Experience with data analytics and data security

  • Ability to pay attention to detail and think critically

  • Ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to interact with all levels of leadership

  • Ability to work independently and with minimal direct supervision

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice if You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role with a consulting firm or professional work services

  • 5+ years of experience in HR data management preferred

  • Experience with Smartsheet, including reports, dashboards, workflows, and project plans

  • Experience with data tools, including Python and SQL

  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence or Data Science

  • Experience with Workday 

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
