As the Manager of Data & Reporting, you will take ownership of creating impactful reports and ensuring the integrity and compliance of HR data. This sole contributor role involves auditing HR data, developing real-time analytics dashboards, overseeing critical processes in Workday, and collaborating closely with the Digital HRIS team. You will have a strong focus on HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, while actively driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance for all employees.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Your key responsibilities will be:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract and deliver specialized reports, supporting strategic initiatives and operational requirements.

Develop and maintain standardized reporting protocols, ensuring consistent, timely, and accurate HR metrics and data insights for stakeholders.

Generate specialized reports and datasets for all employees, ensuring clarity and stakeholder comprehension.

Oversee the development and revamp of ServiceNow reporting dashboards to meet evolving business needs and provide actionable HR insights.

Conduct weekly audits on key HR data points, proactively improving data integrity and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Your responsibilities will also include:

Design intuitive data dashboards that provide real-time HR analytics, enabling data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure alignment with global federal and state regulations.

Manage talent pools in Workday, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Implement HR best practices in data management.

Work closely with the Digital HRIS team to safeguard data integrity and drive continuous process improvements.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required.

At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations and/or HRIS required.

Experience with Workday HR platform required.

Experience with ServiceNow or a similar HR case management platform required.

Experience with Tableau or a similar data reporting platform required.

In-depth technical and administrative knowledge of HR required.

Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes.
