Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Informatica Axon and EDC Data Engineer III to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • The Data Engineer III works closely with cross-functional teams, such as data architects, data engineers, and business analysts, to integrate Informatica Axon and EDC with other data management systems

  • Designs and implements data governance workflows, policies, and standards in Informatica Axon

  • Setup user access controls, roles, and permissions in line with data governance policies

  • Creates and maintains metadata models, taxonomies, and data lineage mappings within Informatica Axon and EDC

  • Customizes and extends the functionality of Axon, and EDC to meet specific business requirements

  • Configures data connectors and integrations with other systems to enable seamless data cataloging and governance

  • Performs data discovery and cataloging activities using Informatica EDC

  • Researches and integrates design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities.

  • Provides support and trainings to end users and data stewards to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Informatica Axon and EDC

  • Collaborates with data integration teams to establish automated data ingestion and metadata extraction processes

  • Leads and influences team on project deliverables

  • Provides support and training to end users and data stewards to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Informatica Axon and EDC

  • Creates quality deliverables for customers

  • Drives full life cycle of services/solution delivery for project(s)

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business is required. 

  • 5+ Years of experience using Informatica enterprise data catalog platform

  • Experience in implementing data governance policies, guidelines, tools, metrics and standards for metadata, data lineage and glossary

  • Experience with Informatica Axon platform Experience in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizenship and able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time with occasional travel.

The projected compensation range for this position is $90,200-$149,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
