Job DescriptionThe Integrated Product Marketing Intern will support marketing initiatives that drive profitable growth and retention for Allstate. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creative development, marketing analytics, and strategic planning. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and analyze reports to measure campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to influence marketing decisions. Conduct customer journey analysis and propose optimization strategies.
Perform competitive analysis within the insurance industry to identify trends and insights from both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) perspectives. Develop creative briefs for marketing campaigns, outlining target audience and key messaging.
Explore ways to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to improve efficiency in repetitive tasks and processes. Evaluate how Allstate products are represented on external websites. Assist in creating presentations for internal meetings.
Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks as needed. QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel or other data tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Curious and proactive learner with an interest in marketing strategy and emerging technologies. Preferred Qualifications (a plus)Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e. g.
, Google Analytics, Tableau). Experience with artificial intelligence tools or automation platforms. Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing best practices.
