As we expand our next-generation TalentFlow and Engage platforms, we are looking for an HCM Integrations Engineer to strengthen our integration capabilities and deliver high-value solutions for our customers.

Role Overview

The Integrations Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between our product suite and external SaaS platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise in APIs, data mapping, and middleware technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless connectivity that improves customer workflows and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development

• • Build and maintain integrations between internal products and external SaaS platforms.
  • Develop and support APIs, middleware, and file-based integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, SFTP).
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data mapping across systems and workflows.

Solution Design & Delivery

• • Translate customer and partner requirements into scalable, repeatable integration solutions.
  • Work closely with Product and Professional Services teams to design integration strategies that drive adoption and ROI.
  • Contribute to customer implementations by demonstrating and delivering integration capabilities.

Support & Troubleshooting

• • Monitor, test, and troubleshoot integration performance and reliability.
  • Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex integration issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of integration flows, schemas, and best practices.

Security & Compliance

• • Implement secure authentication and data transfer methods (OAuth, SAML, SSO).
  • Ensure integrations adhere to relevant security, privacy, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience building and supporting integrations with SaaS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of web services and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, SFTP).
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting/programming languages (Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, SnapLogic) or proprietary vendor tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

• • Experience building integrations with enterprise SaaS applications (ERP, CRM, Finance, or similar).
  • Knowledge of data compliance standards (GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).

  Ability to engage directly with enterprise clients and partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
