Intermediate/Senior BI Developer

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as 
Intermediate/Senior BI Developer.

Compensation:

COP 8.5M – 9.5M/month.

Location:

Remote (anywhere).

What makes you a strong candidate:

• You have 4+ years of experience in business intelligence development.
• You are proficient data modeling, ETL (Extract, transform, load), SQL, and Sisense.
• English – Native or fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:

• Develop and implement BI solutions using Sisense.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements.
• Optimize and tune BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Stay up to date with emerging BI and data analytics trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of BI development and implementation experience.
• Strong experience with Sisense.
• Proficient in SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik View.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
