Job Description
This position targets to develop strategies and models for applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning to the Internet of Things (IoT) to analyze system and human behavior and promote sustainability. The candidate will focus on the following tasks:
- Data investigation, collection, and analysis.
- Integration of sensors and open-source hardware platforms (e.g., Raspberry PI).
- AI model development using machine learning technologies.
- Validation of AIOT concepts.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Able to work full time for a period of 6 months (Mid April 2024 onwards).
- Educational background in computer science, electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in machine learning, data science, sensors, and electronics.
- Advanced knowledge in programming (e.g., Python and MATLAB).
- Independent learning and self-motivation.
- Willing to perform hands-on experiments.
Additional Information
Eligibility:
- Candidate should fulfil the visa requirements for employment in Singapore
- Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
- For foreign students studying overseas, you must be eligible for the Work Holiday Programme (WHP)
