Internship – Contract Data Analyst
Job Description
Introduction
ASML US, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, bring together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. Role and Responsibilities
The DUV Business Administration team facilitates the contracting and invoicing of a unique subscription model for sales and service of lasers by the Cymer Light Source division of ASML. Complex service contracts reward customers all over the world for their business with special credits, pricing, free billing periods, system upgrades etc. In exchange for these accommodations Cymer ensures availability of parts and labor and uptime for over 3000 lasers worldwide. In order to deliver on these expectations, the Business Administration team based in San Diego works with account and service teams in regional offices to aid in efficient transactions and strategize for value adds and operational improvements. The successful candidate will be expected to scope and execute one such business efficiency improvement project with cross functional support centered around on one of the team’s enabling platforms (Oracle EBS or ServiceNow).
Education and Experience

Pursuing a Masters degree in Business with a focus on Operational Data Analytics with a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.

Boasting a university level understanding of the Agile methodology of software development will be essential and a candidate with any actual experience working in this way will be preferentially elevated.

A past history working with Oracle EBS or ServiceNow platforms or in the semiconductor industry will similarly be viewed favorably.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
