THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:The MarTech Solution Architect is a highly skilled technical resource who is an innovative thinker and is able to envision how technology can be leveraged to solve complex business problems and will build and deliver large scale digital marketing transformations. This role will define the strategy, roadmap and implementation of the omni channel marketing and technology platform stack, working closely with stakeholders in marketing and IT.
YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Data Architecture Design:Design, implement, and maintain a robust data architecture to support MarTech platforms, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Develop and optimize data models for audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign orchestration. Define data governance and security practices to ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
Design and implement scalable, performant, and cost-effective data architectures leveraging cloud-native services (e. g.
, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse). Integration & Enablement:Lead the integration of MarTech platforms, including CRMs, CDPs, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems. Establish data pipelines and workflows for real-time data activation and customer insights.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to implement APIs, ETL processes, and cloud data infrastructure. Integration Strategy & Design:Define integration strategies, including APIs, data / event streaming, and ETL processes, ensuring seamless connectivity. Develop scalable and reusable integration frameworks to support organizational growth.
Ensure integrations comply with data privacy and security standards. Development & Implementation:Lead the development and implementation of integrations using various methods, including APIs (REST, SOAP), ETL processes, message queues, and other integration technologies. Develop and maintain custom integrations and extensions for Adobe Experience Cloud components.
Ensure data quality and consistency across all integrated systems through data validation and transformation processes. Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and resolve integration issues. Technology Evaluation & Innovation:Stay current with advancements in MarTech tools and recommend solutions to improve marketing capabilities.
