We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT M&A Junior Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in IT M&A activities, focusing on IT Due Diligence, data analysis, and data mining to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the target’s IT landscape and contribute to the development of the Target Operating Model.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IT Due Diligence within IT M&A activities, utilizing data analysis and data mining skills to thoroughly understand the as-is IT state of M&A targets.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights, using data visualization tools such as Power BI, KNIME, Access, and Excel Pivot.
• Apply data mining techniques to identify patterns and trends within IT M&A data, leveraging machine learning algorithms and tools for predictive analytics.
• Maintain a wide knowledge of software landscapes to support IT M&A activities.
• Manage databases, including SQL, to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Oversee ETL processes and tools to facilitate data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Utilize Business Intelligence platforms like Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards.

Your Profile as IT M&A Junior Data Analyst:

Mandatory skills:

• Proven experience in IT Due Diligence analysis within IT M&A contexts.
• Expertise in data analysis.
• Expertise in data mining.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of project management.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Optional skills:

• License management knowledge.
• IT architecture knowledge.
• Contract management.
