The Portfolio Data Analyst is responsible for building, analyzing and maintaining a wide array of data relating to ITS application portfolio. They will build relationships with application owners and program managers to gather application information updates routinely throughout application lifecycle. They will serve as a key partner and liaison with various National IT and System IT teams who manage FRS systems of record for application portfolio data. They will take initiative and proactively look for opportunities to streamline and enhance ITS portfolio data operations, managing design and configuration of tools and changes to processes, as well as stakeholder communication and adoption. They will also provide project coordination, reporting and other ad hoc support for various ITS, Bank and System IT initiatives, not limited to cloud, information management, asset management, access control, strategy planning, audit and compliance

Responsibilities:
- Works closely with a variety of stakeholders and project teams to resolve information flow and content issues. Ensures data integrity and compliance by performing data cleansing and data validations.
- Works with the IT teams to understand data requirements
- Collects, analyzes and summarizes data to support business decisions
- Provides data that is congruent, reliable, and easily accessible by the user
- Utilizes tools to monitor and mass update data changes
- Uses technology to extract and analyze raw data
- Develops and maintains technical documentation regarding data
- Makes recommendations for process improvements in order to support data integrity efforts
Qualifications:

Typically requires one or more years of IT work experience and knowledge of data quality assurance, data analysis, and data modeling
- Strong ability to build relationships, foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, and influence change adoption.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, ability to deliver high quality within time constraints.
- Curiosity and critical thinking, assess and understand how small things connect to the big picture.
- Proven experience performing data management practices, familiarity with portfolio data and using relevant tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including technical documentation, web design and data visualization.
- Must be a U.S Citizen or a Green Card holder with intent to become a U.S Citizen
Base Salary Range: Min: $87,600 – Mid: $113,600 – Max: $139,900 (Location: San Francisco)
Base Salary Range: Min: $78,800 – Mid: $102,300 – Max: $125,900 (Location: Seattle)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
