Salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Estimated annual base pay: $96,000(minimum) – $125,000(midpoint) – $154,000(maximum) All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Key Responsibilities: Project Actions: Lead IT projects of varying complexity that are critical to Woodward’s success. Accountable for project results.
Project Artifacts: Accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc. ). Project Governance: Lead project meetings and reviews.
Key Skills: Leadership: Inspires and motivates cross functional teams to achieve project goals. Builds trust, resolves conflicts, and fosters collaboration among team members. Takes personal ownership of the project and drives commitment from team members.
Time Management / Prioritization: Expert ability to effectively manage schedules, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and effectively address competing demands. Communication: Effectively conveys project information to stakeholders, team members, and sponsors.
Tailors communication to different audiences (e. g. , executives, technical teams, clients).
