To strengthen our team in the area PIMS – Stibo Step, we are looking for an Stibo Step Inhouse Developer in our location Barcelona.

As an IT Stibo Step Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing custom solutions within the Stibo STEP MDM (Master Data Management) platform to meet business requirements. Working as part of the IT Aftermarket organization their tasks include creating technical specifications and documentation for the developed solutions, as well as collaborating with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements and further development of product master data in the context of continuous system improvements. Our usage spans various interfaces, connecting to other systems. What you can look forward to as IT Product Data Developer / Stibo Step Developer:

• Consult, develop, implement and test product data processes for ZF Aftermarket and connecting with other systems
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to business teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders an analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Stay up-to-date with Stibo Step releases and industry trends
• Design and deliver healthy Stibo Step implementations for enterprise-grade customers
• Recommend optimal solutions based on requirements, considering scalability and technical debt

Your profile as IT Product Data Developer / Stibo Step Developer:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Stibo Step Developer and expert technical experience in software development using languages such as Java and JavaScript
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance technical and business considerations
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Stibo Step solutions
• Proficiency in data, data modelling and database design, including knowledge of SQL, XML, XSD, and JSON
• Understanding of web services, as they play a crucial role in integrating systems and exchanging data
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Fluency in English language
