Responsibilities:
As a Machine Learning Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining APIs and integrations to streamline and automate tasks for our data scientists. Your primary focus will be on building scalable and efficient solutions that free up time for data scientists to focus on model development and experimentation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure the reliability and performance of our machine learning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations to automate data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation tasks for data scientists.Collaborate with data scientists to understand their workflows and pain points, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve productivity.Implement CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and monitoring, enabling rapid iteration and experimentation in a production environment.Develop scalable and reliable infrastructure for model serving and inference, ensuring low latency and high availability for real-time and batch predictions.Integrate machine learning models with existing systems and applications, enabling seamless integration into production workflows.Implement monitoring and alerting systems to track model performance, detect anomalies, and ensure model reliability and accuracy over time.Automate model retraining and versioning processes, enabling data scientists to easily update and improve models in production.Stay updated on the latest developments in machine learning operations (MLOps) and DevOps practices, continuously improving our machine learning infrastructure and workflows.
