Job Description

12Go is the leading multimodal OTA in the industry, founded in 2013 and offering train, flight, bus, ferry tickets, transfers,  and other travel products on its 2 domains: 12go.asia and 12go.com. We are working in over 100 countries, and our service has been used by millions of travelers worldwide. We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field;
  • 1 year of proven working experience as a Data Analyst;
  • Strong SQL knowledge;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Experience with BI tools\Reports;
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct daily data quality control by comparing data from various sources, identifying discrepancies, and reporting them to the IT team for resolution;
    • Interpret data, analyze results and create reports;
    • Develop and maintain dashboards.

Will be a plus:

    • Experience with statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets;
    • Experience with financial data and terminology;
    • Experience in projects related to travel services (booking tickets, hotels, and tours);
    • Confluence and Jira;
    • NetSuite;
    • Python;
    • Superset/Clickhouse.
