We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Analytics and Campaigns team to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobility in Georgia, fuelling growth, optimising operations and improving current analytical processes. Please note that this is a full-time employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role is 1750 GEL Gross + Bi-annual bonuses

About the role

In the Analytics and Campaign team you’re not just crunching numbers—you’re fueling growth, optimizing operations, and guaranteeing top-notch service for our drivers & riders through actionable insights. In this role, you will work with big volumes of data and contribute to campaigns implementation in Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi and other cities for riders and drivers. Additionally, you will help with improving current analytics processes, frameworks and infrastructure collaborating with other departments.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Implementing incentive campaigns and conducting A/B testing
  • Conducting data analysis to support campaign strategies and business analytics
  • Support other departments in terms of the process automatisation; responding to Customer Support team requests on incentive campaigns
  • Utilize Python and its libraries, including Selenium and Pandas, for data collection, manipulation, and analysis
  • Maintenance of data models and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
  • Visualise and share your findings from Looker

 

About you:

  • You have a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or another technical or business field
  • You have great analytical skills with collecting, organizing, and analyzing big volumes of data.
  • You are proficient in Python for data analysis and have experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau etc.)
  • You have experience in different statistical methods for predictive modeling, framing hypothesis, experimentation principles/AB testing to forecast & communicate results for core business and product KPI’s will be considered as a plus
  • You are fluent in Georgian and English. Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner
