We are looking for a

Junior Data Analyst (m/f/d)

(limited, fulltime) Join our team at our location in Heerenveen – flexible working conditions available

 

What will be your challenge in the role:

  • Explore large datasets, evaluate data quality and understand consumer behavioural patterns relevant for product development as well as operational efficiency
  • Analyze problems to understand their root cause
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to develop and implement analytical solutions and contribute to Data Analysis projects
  • Create structure in disordered information and data
  • Provide recommendations based on data driven insights

 

What you need to succeed in the role:

  • Master or MBA degree in a numerate subject (e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration)
  • Consulting skills and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be able to identify issues, structure and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions
  • An understanding how to perform data extraction and manipulation
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python and R
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities, be detail-oriented, work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

 

Nice if you have:

  • Experience within payments, risk or factoring 
  • Ambition to develop as a professional in an entrepreneurial organization that provides opportunities to work with your areas of interest
  • Experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI
