Job Description

Microsoft Mixed Reality team is transforming the ways people communicate, create, and collaborate through the devices and components we develop. In this role, you will drive data utilization within the hardware operations team. Responsibilities include managing fabrication-related data, creating and presenting reports, and supporting operations and process development.
The candidate should have proven experience in data analysis and visualization, the ability to integrate data from multiple sources, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive data utilization improvements in hardware Operations team

· Act as the key interface for fabrication-related data in prototyping environment

· Creating and presenting reports on manufacturing metrics

· Support operations and process development with data related issues

· Continuously improving data handling and data management processes

· Manage yield data and drive yield improvement efforts

· Collaborating with IT and engineering teams

· Offer inputs and requirements for existing data platforms (Power BI, Manufacturing Execution System etc.)

· Collecting, filtering and connecting large datasets with SQL and other tools

· Leverage previous manufacturing background to enhance operational efficiency by data management

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in data analysis and visualization in manufacturing environment

· Ability to integrate data from multiple sources

· Proficient in SQL

· Experience in Python

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

· Solid communication, presentation and organizational skills

· Proficient in both written and verbal English

· Relevant Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience

· Growth mindset
