What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate projects and ad-hoc data pulls with Data Engineers
  • Build and deliver clean, transformed, and analytics-ready data sets
  • Build performant, scalable, and extensible data models
  • Establish and maintain best practices to coding formats, naming conventions, and version control
  • Create and maintain dashboards that serves teams across the organization

Who You Are

  • BS or BA in a technical or quantitative field
  • 4 – 6 years of work experience in analytical/quantitative roles
  • Advanced with SQL and good Python programming skills
  • Experience with CRUD functions
  • Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow)
  • Willing to research and learn completely new technologies and tools such as API and Dashboarding tools
  • Extensive experience with ETL process using SQL or Python
  • Experience with dashboarding tool, complex outputs in any of the following:
    • Power BI
    • TIBCO Spotfire
    • Tableau

Preferred

  • Experience with Redshift
  • Experience with DBT
  • Knowledge of the YouTube or Content Creator industry

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Los Angeles. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The overall market range for roles in this area of Spotter are typically: $80K-$500K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonus and equity.
