Job Description
Create an impact as a CX And Channel Chapter Lead.
Your Role
The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to lead an RIA Advanced analytics chapter, contributing to projects as a senior analyst, and upskilling the team in connecting analytics capability to the business domain.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leverage your analytical expertise to enhance data and reporting roadmaps for improved reuse, rapid delivery, and time-to-value.
- Establish and facilitate team rituals to foster connection, build a supportive culture, and enhance both business understanding and technical skills.
- Act as a senior analyst on projects by developing analyses, building reports, and reviewing the contributions of junior team members.
- Help establish and maintain advanced data analytics standards within the team.
- Collaborate with business units, squad leads, and technical teams to understand their needs effectively.

About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Prior extensive experience in analytics, insights, or data science, with a proven ability to use analytical tools and techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Demonstrated capability to synthesise data into actionable business decisions, with a solid understanding of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.
- Proficient in analytical tools such as SAS, R, and Python, complemented by strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience fostering a positive, collaborative, and knowledge-sharing culture within teams or organisations.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Statistics/Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
