About the role:

We are looking for a Lead Data & AI Consultant,  this role involves developing and optimizing Generative AI models while building scalable data pipelines using Python and AWS services.

What will your day look like:

  • Develop and optimize Generative AI (GenAI) models, integrating them into business applications.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines for processing, storing, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Work with Python to develop and deploy machine learning models and data processing scripts.
  • Utilize AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, SageMaker, Glue, Redshift) for cloud-based data solutions.
  • Perform data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security in compliance with industry standards.
  • Research and experiment with LLMs (Large Language Models), embeddings, and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions

Requirements:

  • Production experience in Gen AI beyond a prototype (LLMs, transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning).
  • Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LangChain).
  • Solid background in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (SageMaker, S3, Lambda, Glue, Bedrock).
  • Knowledge of data engineering (ETL pipelines, SQL, Spark, or Apache Airflow).
  • Experience working with unstructured data (text, images, audio) for AI applications.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
  • Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring in production.
