The Team:
Join the S&P Global Market Intelligence team, which focuses on collecting and analyzing data related to supply chain relationships, competitors, and products and services for various companies. Our goal is to provide comprehensive insights that support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Extract, collect, standardize, and validate data on suppliers, customers, competitors, and products/services from publicly available sources.
- Analyze client inquiries related to supply chain relationships, competitors, and product/service offerings, providing actionable insights through thorough research.
- Deliver accurate and error-free work with a “doing right the first time” mindset.
- Consistently meet established productivity and timeliness targets.
- Contribute to process improvements through root cause analysis and data-driven recommendations.
- Seek opportunities to enhance the overall client experience.
- Suggest procedural or audit improvements to optimize workflows.
- Participate in training and mentoring team members on processes and procedures.
- Assist with ongoing projects and user acceptance testing, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Utilize foundational Python skills and large language models to extract and structure data efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services, investment management, or data analysis.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with supply chain dynamics, competitive analysis, and product/service offerings.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Python and SQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
