Lead Data Science & ML

• Analyze large amounts of data to identify trends & patterns to generate insights 
• Design & implement experiments to test multiple Hypotheses to solving specific problems that bottleneck processes or impede decision-making
• Develop predictive models to identify trends & patterns, forecast outcomes
• Build AI/ML models to optimize decision-making 
• Evaluate performance of AI/ML models
• Synthetic/test data generation, as required
• Create Data Visualizations and Dashboards to communicate insights & recommendations 
• Explore application of new & emergent technologies such as Generative AI & LLMs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders & Technology teams to productize innovative ideas that have the potential to drive assurance, enhance experience or improve productivity & process efficiency

Skill and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data science and analytics
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems
• Expertise in data analysis, modelling, data mining & visualization
• Proficiency in statistical analysis & advanced ML modelling techniques including prediction, optimization and forecasting
• Good understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression analysis, machine learning techniques (Decision Trees, Naïve Bayes, SVM, K-NN), Boosting & Bagging, Stacking
• Expertise in data visualization & reporting tools such as Power BI
• Strong Programming skills in languages such as Python, PySpark, Scala and query language like SQL
• Good understanding of MLOps using MLflow, Kubeflow
• Strong background in Deep Learning, Neural Networks (RNN/CNN/LSTM), transfer learning, training dense layers
• Experience in implementing different deep learning architecture through frameworks like TF, Keras, PyTorch, Caffe, MXNet using GPU/TPU
• Knowledge of deploying ML inference code
• Good understanding of cloud AI/ML platforms of GCP & Azure like Vertex AI, ML Studio, AI Foundry
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly & persuasively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively and to manage multiple projects & priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills
• High level of collaboration & stakeholder management

Education Qualification

• Master’s/bachelor’s degree in engineering/management from premier institutes
• Professional certification in Advanced Analytics
