Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in the following: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Objective-C, Python, HTML, CSS, Object oriented analysis and design, advanced algorithms, multi-threading, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data mining, APIs, natural language processing, MapReduce, or any other programming languages.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Signal Processing, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
  • Experience in audio and speech.
  • Experience in DSP.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems.
  • Excellent analytical (with attention to detail), problem-solving, leadership, influencing, organization, communication, people, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work on ML projects with a primary focus on speech and audio applications, leveraging the latest techniques and approaches, particularly using GenAI and LLM.
  • Engage in memory and performance optimization to ensure the seamless deployment of ML models on Google hardware.
  • Collaborate closely with product, research, and software teams to comprehend ML requirements and deliver solutions that meet key user experiences.
  • Work alongside tools and architecture teams to streamline the deployment, validation, and testing processes specifically tailored for Google hardware.
  • Play a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge ML models fine-tuned for Google hardware devices.
