As part of our Process Mining CoE team you will apply Process Mining technology to bring transparency and more efficiency into the Company’s business processes. To generate high-value use cases you work closely with our internal customers, functional and digital experts. You understand functional requirements, perform data transformation (event log/data model) and validation, develop analyses and identify quantitative and qualitative process anomalies.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in the Finance area to translate use cases into effective, scalable, and agile solutions. You will work with IT to effectively automate and industrialize data feeds, making them available for authorized discovery and consumption. You will also mentor colleagues and help to build overall knowledge and capabilities across the group for effectively sourcing and integrating data sets using strategic technologies. You will provide practical and strategic input to the development of a cross-functional Data Governance strategy.

Your Role:

• Lead the development and implementation of data engineering processes for process mining initiatives.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for process mining, ensuring data quality, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and drive process improvements using process mining techniques.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of data engineers, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data engineering processes and systems.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data engineering and process mining, including working with large-scale datasets and complex data pipelines.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and/or R.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with process mining tools and techniques is a plus.
