Job Description
The pay range is $92,000. 00 – $166,000. 00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.
These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Lead Program Manager in Supply Chain Operations, you will be responsible for creating the next generation of Quality and Control processes, tools, and strategies to deliver consistent inventory integrity across the supply chain. Design, collaborate and implement new processes, capabilities and tools to support the detection, correction, and accountability of inventory problems that originate from the point of item setup through distribution center arrival. Engage business partners across Commercial, Supplier Performance Management, Target Product, Data Science, Field Operations, Inventory Management and more as you collaborate to drive sustainable solutions that enable our field team members to successfully drive quality metric improvement.
Leverage your project management skills to set and maintain clear timing and action for your initiatives as you take them from concept to implementation and hold yourself and partners accountable to key deadlines. Clearly communicate your initiatives and progress to a wide array of leaders and partners across the organization. Maintain flexibility as business priorities change or need additional support.
