Lead Specialist, Data Analysis

What does a successful ML & MLOps Lead do at Fiserv?

We are in search of experienced Lead Developer with custom ML implementation with Python and MLOps implementation.  You will be working on top-notch product where ML is implemented for fraud detection.

What you will do:

  • Work with Data scientists to implement ML model for Fraud detection, Underwriting, etc.
  • Understand the scope of data and come up with dimensionality reduction, data cleaning, etc.
  • Bring value to the project by suggesting of appropriate ML algorithms
  • End to end Implementation ML for Fraud detection.
  • Bring industry best practices of MLOps and continuously improve the MLOps pipeline to be the best.
  • Implementation of MLOps framework and governance.
  • Incorporate Enterprise and other Governing body security standards in ML Implementation
  • Understand and create the architecture and roadmap for custom ML applications.

What you will need to have:

  • 12+ yrs of IT experience which includes 4+ yrs of Machine Learning exp.
  • Exp with Design, Development & deployment of models in python & utilization of data from different sources like AWS, Snowflake, Kafka/MQ etc. 
  • Exp with Integration of Snowflake and AWS tools.
  • Develop scripts in Unix/python scripting for implementing MLops. Hand-on is a must for ML and MLOps.
  • Exp in working with the Business and architectural team to implement enterprise practices and recommendations.
  • Exp in working with application support to analyze the data, issues and fix them during production outages.
  • Must have expertise in Python, ML, MLOps, Unix, SQL, AWS.
