Shift: Monday – Friday; 1st shift hours
The Learning Infrastructure Specialist is as an individual contributor on the CXO L&D Center of Excellence Team, responsible for integrating digital and AI advancements into content development processes and tools. The role ensures seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies within learning content development workflows and tools and provides mentorship to less digitally capable designers. Key responsibilities also incorporate handling end-to-end client and learner experiences when technology is critical to a learning solution. Duties include partnering with Learning & Development associates to decipher client business requirements, offering consultancy on optimal technology usage, partnering with clients on project aspects to ensure success, and managing project scope. This role also determines the need for external consultants for project plan completion, administers knowledge management platforms, and supports associates on learning technologies. The role tackles issues with learning technologies, tests new systems, ensures learning event readiness, and continuously seeks to improve the efficiency of offered training services.

How you will make an impact:
- Manage recurring system release process and strategy across multiple squads.
- Create dynamic learning solutions (interactive Tech Summaries; reusable call/content libraries)
- Nintex development (workflows, scoring/automation)
- Automate reporting, as applicable.
- Embrace emerging digital technologies to evolve strategy.
- Consult, recommend and implement standardized content maintenance cycle.
- Centrally manage license administration
- Evolve internal quality assurance program and data tracking to show measurable outcomes and trend data.
- Conduct data tracking capabilities to highlight ROI, evaluate time/capacity tracking trends, maintain holistic view of overarching portfolio.
- Advance internal gamification offering and produce formalized strategy to evolve business adoption, immersion, and marketing.
- Manage relationship and liaise with external providers, including managing contract and budget; evaluate need for new partners or product offerings.
- Secure AI certification of digital tech tools (AI capabilities to augment and expand scope)
- Partners with Learning & Development associates to gather and interpret client business requirements.
- Consults on the best usage of technology, based on specific client business needs and practices, ensuring strategic adoption and effective use of learning technologies.
- Partners with clients on project charters, scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budgets, and timing to ensure project success.
- Tracks and reports on project milestones.
- Manages project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved.
- Determines if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete the project plan, and may assist in recruiting and managing appropriate vendor resources.
- Administers and maintains knowledge management platforms and learning and performance systems.
- Trains, coaches, and supports associates on learning technologies.
- Researches and resolves issues with learning technologies and provides technical system support on behalf of users.
- Tests new systems and functionality.
- Ensures learning event readiness.
- Seeks and supports new approaches, practices, and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered.
Minimum requirements:
- Requires BA/BS in Education, Information Technology or related field and a minimum of 3 years of project management experience, and experience as a Training/Learning Consultant, Instructional Designer, or eLearning Designer; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred skills, capabilities, and experiences:
- CTT, CIT, or CPLP Certification preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $76,080.00 to $125,532
