Lucid is seeking a highly motivated and deeply process oriented Logistics Data Analyst to join our Logistics team. As the Logistics Data Analyst you need to have the ability to analyze, interpret, and develop intra-plant logistics initiatives. This role is cross functional within the organization, including Inbound, Outbound, Internal and Sequencing. Candidate will be responsible for creating project plans and statement of works within the plant logistics organization. You will gain valuable experience within Lucid’s Logistics and understand our processes and systems from the ground up.
 

You Will:

· Work with cross functional teams in Inbound, Outbound, Internal and Sequencing

· Develop and prepare project plans and statistical data of logistics organization in multiple facilities

· Assist with continuous improvement projects within the logistics organization and prepare business cases to support

· Monitoring flow of information between SAP system to ensure timely and accurate processing, this includes but not limited to inbound receipt and outbound shipments

· Monitor performance and report on daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators

· Maintain data and presentation of project plans for department

· Prioritize projects and work based on customer, department, and company needs

· Assist with root cause analysis, 8D, and other problem-solving methods within the logistics organization to increase service to any internal or external customers

· Analyze, recommend, and help prepare strategies for efficient use

· Maintain company Safety, Quality and 6S standards

· Additional duties as assigned by management team

You Bring: 

· Demonstrate interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics and program evaluation

· Capability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity

· Self-driven initiative to gain and implement a broad knowledge of logistics best practices

· Demonstrate a high level of integrity and the ability to influence others

· Exhibit strong self-initiative, problem solving, decision making, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment to continuously create efficiencies through creativity, experimentation, and ideation

· Drive to challenge decisions professionally and respectfully

· Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment, while learning a new business domain and building subject matter expertise

· Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, SQL etc

· High school diploma and/or equivalent industry experience

· Experience working in Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, or an Electric Vehicle Start-up is a plus
