Job Description
BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer at BlackStone eIT, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for applying machine learning and AI techniques, and implement solutions to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities:
- Study and transform data science prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Research and implement state-of-the-art ML and AI algorithms and tools
- Develop and deploy machine learning and AI applications according to project requirements
- Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods for model training and evaluation
- Run extensive experiments to evaluate and fine-tune ML and AI models
- Deploy and monitor ML and AI models in production environments
- Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate ML and AI capabilities into existing systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, or similar role
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and AI techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
