This role consolidates and prepares data from disparate data sources and types to enable the data users (Data Scientists, Analysts, BI Analysts, etc) within Credit Risk to build AI/ML/DL algorithms and to aid in the attainment of effective business decisions. This role will monitor data quality incorporating ML approaches. Responsibilities·       Consolidate, integrate, and cleanse internal and external data for AI, ML, ML-Ops, reporting, and general analytics for the Credit Risk team·       Access, cleanse, and analyze relevant internal and external data to support the creation, monitoring, and improvement of effective B2B credit risk management and pricing strategy techniques across new account origination and existing account management (e.g., credit line management, renewals, suspensions, pricing strategies, preapprovals, collections, roll rate analysis/loss provisioning, and fraud mitigation)·       Monitor and report the validity of the data, and actively seek solutions to mitigate and detect variance, outliers, and unusual patterns in the data, and its capturing processes and systems. Suggest solutions to address the issues that may arise.·       Deliver, generate, and communicate advanced data models and data-driven analyses to key stakeholders and senior management that provide key insights leading to actionable results on data and its processes(data management, governance procedures, maintenance, validation)·       Become the data SME in the areas of data collection, storage, and access for Credit & Risk and support the internal/external needs of the business·       Prepare the data for the growth of predictive and advanced analytical capabilities which include machine learning, artificial intelligence, and deep learning·       Conduct statistical and non-statistical data explorations, data validations, and identify/address data-related business issues Requirements:·       Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Statistics·       7+ years of proven work experience in a highly analytical environment, preferably in payment services and/or banking, performing complex analyses, generating data-driven insights, and presenting findings to leadership and other stakeholders·       Strong SQL (write queries optimally and familiarity with complex calculations), with knowledge of RDBMS, and advanced data modeling·       Ability to build data and data relationships for routine analyses, real-time ML transactions, and ML reporting·       Ability to extract, cleanse, merge, and analyze data from varied internal and external sources·       Strong knowledge of B2B credit and/or Business Banking credit risk, pricing, and profitability principles·       Strong analytical and data engineering skills using SQL, Python, R, SAS,  Tableau/Sisense, or similar tools·       Strong presentation skills with proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint·       Strong requirements-gathering and process/project documentation skills·       Comfortable in analyzing and questioning the validity of data and suggesting process improvements·       Ability to make the best of ambiguity and be flexible enough to shift workload in accordance with changing priorities.·       Strong communicator with the ability to tell a story by creating clear, concise graphs, charts, reports, and presentations summarizing results and justifying suggested improvements·       High-performing contributor with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with management, product, technology, compliance, and enterprise risk teams·       The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment·       Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Preferred Qualifications:·       Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics with a business or economics focus·       Strong knowledge of B2B and/or Business Banking credit product pricing and profitability principles ·       Strong SQL scripting, advanced data modeling, data management with clear understanding of back-up, recovery and archiving processes and strategies·       Anomaly detection in ML/AI applied to data detection and data systems diagnoses·       Prior leadership/management experience is a plus  Why you will love working at TreviPay·       Competitive salary·       Paid parental leave·       Generous paid time off·       Medical, dental, vision, FSA, Life/AD&D, long and short term disability·       401K matching·       Employee referral program At TreviPay we believe:·       in saying yes to unique and challenging requirements·       empowered team members are creative team members·       our products make the customer’s day just a little bit better·       work/life balance makes us all more effective TreviPay is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.  We welcome all veterans and disabled applicants. Individuals with disabilities will be provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application and/or interview process.
