Job Description Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to help maintain and grow our BI Visualization Enterprise Platforms. We are a team of experts who are enthusiastic about harnessing the power of data to drive growth and innovation. We are currently looking for a Junior Analytics Engineer to join our team and help us achieve our mission of delivering actionable insights to our clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and deploying intelligent data products that drive business outcomes. 

 What You Will Do For Us:

• Help manage BI visualization platforms (Power BI and Tableau) and operations teams. 
• Create and maintain data models for internal team datasets.  Build reports and dashboards to support our internal data and analytics team. 
• Collaborate with the Power BI Community of Practice, leveraging the community for improvement of Power BI development. 
• Lead Power BI User Group meetings from the data and analytics organization. 
• Help enhance the onboarding process for BI visualization platforms. 
• Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and documentation for the BI visualization platforms. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology will be a strong advantage. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, analytics, engineering, or a related field.  
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or related field 
• Knowledge of SQL and other programming languages 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS. 
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and technologies such as Power BI and Tableau or similar tools.
