The Master Data Manager and their team will be part of the global customer experience team delivering a best-in-class service to the organization including design and operation of the future state Global Product Hierarchy solution, data quality and completeness reporting, definition of data quality standards, definition, and implementation of data cleansing rules & governance.  

Your Impact 

• Lead the implementation and operationalization of the data management Lifecyle process: Source, Acquisition, Transformation, Validation, Aggregation Maintenance, and Access/delivery.
• Develop, test, and enhance the automatization process for data enriching and cleansing. 
• Review outcome of the automatization routine with focus on exceptions, brainstorm and refine automatization model together with the data stewards’ team to ensure drastic reduction of exception on next iteration.
• Collect SLA requirements from Business stakeholders and the Data Quality manager and provide accordingly recommendation in terms of resources requirements and prioritization of activities.
• Report out data quality, completeness, actionability and SLA metrics to the organization to brand organization and management. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Studies related to business administration, data & analytics or related field.
• Experience as a data steward or data scientist 
• Ability to managing teams in the master data or data science area 
• Understanding SAFe (agile) 
• Strong knowledge about data matching and transformation logics and solutions (model, algorithm)
