YOUR ROLE
- The Manager of Business Intelligence and Sales Operations is our thought leader in how we consume, manage, and visualize data to establish a “central point of truth” on performance for our business users. They have a robust understanding of data management and visualization tools, and a passion for deriving insights, telling stories with data, and fostering a culture where business analytics is at the center of decision-making.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute the business analytics strategy and development roadmap to support business objectives and priorities.
- Reporting and Visualization: Lead the execution of our dashboard development roadmap; launch accurate, insightful, and visually appealing reports and dashboards which enable us to reinvest time spent on reporting, to time spent on analysis and insight development.
- Data Governance and Quality: Establish standards for structuring 3rd party data within the Henkel data management infrastructure to enable the reliable consumption, management, and visualization.
- BI Tool Management: Evaluate and recommend BI tools to enhance data analytics capabilities. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BI and data analytics.
- BI Project Management: Manage business intelligence projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Organizational Development: Provide professional development and mentorship for our analyst community through coaching and partnering with HR to establish a professional development pathway. - Responsibilities:
- Sales Continuous Improvement Project Management: Lead prioritized continuous improvement projects in support of the Sales Organization as capacity permits.
- Implementing Best Practices: Maintain a pulse on industry trends and best practices relating to business intelligence and analytics through peer benchmarking and networking with industry experts; implement where appropriate.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Collaborate with business leaders to establish KPIs and establish reports / dashboards with a focus on customer and market performance.
- Organizational Collaboration: Partner with Henkel global IT, DQM, and Analytics partners to implement best practices.

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in category management or a similar role within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Microsoft PowerBI preferred).
- Experience establishing and maintaining data management platforms (i.e. data lake).
- Experience with leveraging customer point of sale (POS) data to measure and optimize performance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
The salary for this role is $98,800.00 – $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
