Position Summary The Scrum Master will facilitate and guide agile teams in delivering high-quality products by planning, coordinating, and directing team activities. This role ensures impediments are identified and resolved promptly, fosters collaboration and effective communication, and supports the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization. The Scrum Master promotes self-organization, drives continuous improvement, and leverages metrics to monitor team performance. This position may manage multiple assignments concurrently.

Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3–4 years as a Scrum Master in an agile environment. Strong knowledge of Scrum and other agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe).

Proven ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments. Skilled in stakeholder communication and conflict resolution. Proficient in agile tools (e.

g. , Jira, Rally, Confluence). Solid understanding of metrics and reporting for team performance.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification. Experience working in scaled agile environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Education Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330. 00 – $145,860.

00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
