WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🌟
As a Business Intelligence Specialist in our Marketing department you will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and play a crucial role in steering the organization towards data-driven decision making. This position demands an emphasis on data analysis, reporting, and translating insights into actionable business strategies. You will be instrumental in enhancing our marketing efforts through meticulous data analysis and insight generation.
This role is designed to bridge the gap between data and strategic decision-making, making it an ideal position for those passionate about leveraging data to drive business success in the marketing domain.
WHAT YOU’LL DO 🚀
- Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities. Develop actionable insights to drive business strategies and marketing performance.
- Create comprehensive reports and visualizations that clearly communicate key performance indicators to various departments. Ensure these tools are user-friendly and promote self-service BI capabilities.
- Deliver engaging KPI presentations to stakeholders and participate in meetings to discuss findings and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively to translate data-driven insights into practical steps for improving business performance.
- Performing ad-hoc analyses to answer complex business questions
- Contribute to data governance initiatives by ensuring high data quality and integrity maintenance.
- Assist in extracting and transforming data from diverse sources, ensuring it is ready for analytical use.
- Help maintain a corporate repository of metric definitions, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Identify opportunities to improve day-to-day marketing business operations
- Evangelize performance and user insights internally, being proactive in helping stakeholders make informed decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING 💥
- Proficiency with BI software like Tableau or Power BI, and a strange yet beautiful love affair with google sheets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and articulate your ideas clearly
- Analytical, diligent, and rigorous in your approach to problems with meticulous attention to detail
- Curiosity about data and a passion for finding answers hidden in data sets
- Bonus points for experience in consulting, operations, statistics, predictive analytics, or SaaS
