Job Description

LOCATION: Cebu or anywhere in the Philippines

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will collect, analyze, interpret, and correct unique data related to customer identification, behavior, and account relationships. With a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis, and a solid understanding of QIMA processes, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our company data lake, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Perform historical cleanup and internal organizational modeling of unstructured company data to establish structured entities representing our client’s organization.
  • Conduct thorough data mining and segmentation to create targeted customer profiles and personas.
  • Support sales, marketing, data and IT departments by assisting with existing database management and integrating new leads into the system effectively.
  • Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in data analysis, reporting, and delivery.

Qualifications

In order to succeed in this role, you have:

  • A passion for leveraging data and analytics to drive business impact and improve marketing strategies.
  • Possess proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in organizing and structuring large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
  • Demonstrate a curious and dedicated mindset, ensuring accurate and high-quality results through thorough investigation and creative problem-solving.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, provide timely support, and present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing data and analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Proven experience in marketing data analysis, preferably in a similar role within the marketing or advertising industry.

It helps if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques, data modeling, and machine learning algorithms is highly desirable.
  • Apply statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast future trends and outcomes, including customer churn and demand forecasting, while also identifying patterns, trends, and correlations in customer behavior, campaign performance, and market dynamics through data analysis.
