Role purpose:  

Data and Reporting is a newly formed team within Escode with the mission to deliver a data strategy tailored to our business, delivering innovation and supporting business growth.
 

We are looking for a Master Data Analyst to join our in-house Data and Reporting team in Escode. The purpose of the role is to: 

  • Manage and maintain the integrity and quality of master data across the organization. 

  • Get hands on with data governance, ensuring data accuracy and data quality in our operational systems 

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on master data for Escode, owning the creation and maintenance of the Common Data Model and support data integration efforts  
     

Key accountabilities/Responsibilities  

  • Maintain our master data in Salesforce (SFDC) with regular focus on account master data (account ownership, new account setup) and customer segmentation data, working closely with our Sales Ops teams as their primary support for master data requests  

  • Undertake data de-duplication exercises to improve data quality in SFDC as well as other systems in the Escode business   

  • Undertake data cleansing exercises via bulk data update processes to improve data quality and deliver business requests to enrich data with valuable data points  

  • Own the quality and exception reporting for data across Escode, utilizing our new data platform as the data lake for quality reporting 

  • Maintain data quality standards and conduct regular data quality audits to ensure compliance. 

  • Manage and handle Escode’s master data email requests 

Functional and technical skills: 
 

  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) in a data management capacity  

  • Experience working with ERP, CRM or other systems housing master data   

  • Ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Be service-minded ensuring that the business is supported with master data requirements  

  • Experience with data quality audits and data exception reporting  

  • Ability to analyse problems and apply appropriate solutions that target the root cause  

  • Experience with Microsoft Purview is an advantage but not a must have 

  • Power BI and SQL experience is an advantage but not a must have
