Master Data Management Architect/Engineer

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Master Data Management (MDM) Architect/Engineer to join our consultancy team. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work on diverse and dynamic client projects, leveraging your expertise to enhance data management capabilities. This role involves working directly with clients to design, implement, and optimize MDM solutions, ensuring data integrity and governance across various industries.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• MDM Concepts: Proficiency in master data, data governance, data quality, data modeling, data integration, data cleansing, matching, enrichment, and hierarchy management.
• Data Architecture: Expertise in data warehousing, data lakes, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data lineage.
• Data Standards: Familiarity with common data models, ontologies, and taxonomies.
• Data Security: Knowledge of access controls, encryption, data masking, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Experience in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Specific MDM Tool Experience:

• Leading MDM Platforms: Experience with Informatica MDM, Reltio, IBM MDM, SAP Master Data Governance, Stibo Systems, and Oracle MDM.
• Data Quality Tools: Proficiency with Informatica Data Quality, Talend Data Quality, Trillium Software, and Experian Pandora.
• Data Integration Tools: Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Talend Open Studio, and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Additional Desirable Skills:

• Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Java.
• Big Data Technologies: Experience with Hadoop and Spark.
• Project Management Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail, etc.

Soft Skills:

• Communication: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
