Main responsibilities:
The GBS mission is to contribute to CHC simplification by developing and implementing a new operating model to execute some of the financial & accounting processes (Account-to-Report, Customer-Invoicing-to-Cash, Source-to-Value, Master Data Management, among others). GBS aims to deliver efficiency by leveraging best in class methodologies and strategically contributing to CHC simplification, while driving mindset and cultural changes.
The purpose of this role is to:
- Manage a team of Master Data Operators responsible for the maintenance of Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, Employee and Contractor Master Data in CHC.
- Drive an effective and efficient master data maintenance process with the highest level of master data quality.
- Ensure the Service Level Agreement ( SLA ) on master data maintenance is met on regular basis.
- Drive continuous process improvement in the master data maintenance.
- Review with the Master Data Governance team the master data KPIs and address master data quality efficiently.
- Drive the Restricted Party Screening ( RPS ) activities to mitigate risk and due diligence.
- Drive escalation meeting with the RPS Escalation Committee to resolve positive match.
- Eradicate roadblock faced by the Master Data Operation team.
- Determine optimization possibilities to reduce cost and increase productivity of the team.
- Determine and enforce specific security and privacy requirements for each master data especially as it relates to privacy laws, industry regulations, and corporate compliance.
- Participate in regulatory and compliance programs related to master data.
- Work with the Master Data Governance team to develop / enhance master data procedures and policies.
The following details activities will be the main activities of the role:
Master Data Maintenance:
- Ensure the master data are maintained with the highest level of master data quality as defined by the Master Data Governance team.
- Ensure the master data are maintained within the agreed SLA with the relevant stakeholders.
- Perform regular review with the Master Data Governance team on the master data quality.
- Drive and identify continuous process improvement opportunity.
- Ensure the SoPs are kept up to date.
- Drive the annual blocking of inactive master data diligently.
- Support internal audit on master data related topic.
- Review and improve the productivity of the Master Data Operation team.
Restricted Party Screening:
- Ensure the RPS activities are performed actively, and positive alerts are reviewed within the day and resolved ( if needed ) within the SLA.
- Ensure the RPS sanction list is kept up to date.
- Ensure the maintenance of the Commodity Codes for the Material Master Data in the RPS solution on a timely manner.
- Conduct escalation meeting with the RPS Escalation Committee to resolve positive match.
About you
- Working knowledge of MDG and SAP is a must.
- Strong skills in relationship management and partner engagement.
- Strong skills in leadership and management.
- Experience in managing team is a must.
- Experience in master data maintenance is preferred.
- Experience in restricted party screening is preferred.

Experience: At least 5 years of Master Data Operations experience is a must.
