Master Data Specialist

We are looking for a specialist in SAP Product Life Cycle Management / Change Management to join an international IT team of our partner. Their company is running a central SAP S/4 HANA system, which is connected via an online interface to a central PLM. You will support the processes related to engineering changes, material master with variant management, BOM’s and routings. Sustainability issues raise up more and more in the recent past with additional requirements to master data and interfaces to organizations or customers. Your task is the support your colleagues in the specialist area by developing new solutions and solving errors.

• Analyse business requests and issues.
• Customizing in SAP to fulfil business requirements.
• Creation of programming requests and testing the correction or new solution.
• Documentation of the solution
• User support, incident handling and standard service fulfilment.
• Support processes in the area of engineering changes, runout management and samples.

Requirements

• Deep SAP knowledge (S/4 preferred) in the area of engineering changes, material master data, variants management, classification, BOMs, routings.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Good understanding of ALE technology.
• Programing experience (ABAP)
• Knowledge in iPoint- or comparable tools for sustainability and/or ILC add-on’s would be beneficial.
• Good overview of the main processes in a producing company (automotive branch welcome).
• Good English skills (spoken and written).
• Experienced working in an international, virtual team.
